🛰️ Build. Expand. Conquer the Stars.
Array is a space station management and interstellar colonization simulator where you build modular stations and plant colonies across procedurally generated galaxies, and wrangle the logistics of an empire that never stops growing.
The Universe Awaits
Each galaxy packs up to 20 unique star systems, each orbited by 4 to 9 planets and moons. Those planets actually move in real time, so the layout you scouted five minutes ago might look completely different now. No two galaxies are ever alike, and no two runs play out the same way.
Modular Station Building
You start with nothing. One station, floating in the void. From there, every module you place on the grid is a decision. What do you need right now? What will you regret not building later? Make it yours:
- Habitation — grow your population and speed up construction
- Storage — keep your supply chains from collapsing
- Resource Drones — automate harvesting from nearby deposits
- Solar Panels — power everything you've built
- Teleporters — move resources instantly across systems
- 🚀 Warp Drives — pick up an entire station and take it somewhere new
Place a module next to a compatible neighbor and you get an adjacency bonus: faster mining, more storage, better power efficiency. The layout matters. A well-planned station outperforms a chaotic one every time.
Planetary Colonies
Claim a planet or moon and set up a colony. Each one gets its own building grid and plugs into your wider network. Colonies eat resources and support population growth. Let them starve and people die. Keep them fed and supplied and they become the foundation everything else is built on.
Real-Time Simulation
Array is always running. Power is generated and consumed every tick. Drones are harvesting. Populations are growing. If you run out of power, modules go dark. Every choice has a real consequence, and the game never pauses to let you breathe.
Seamless Galaxy Navigation
Zoom from the station builder view out to a system map, then all the way out to a full galaxy overview, all in one smooth transition. You can run a dozen colonies across multiple star systems without losing track of what's happening where.
Core Features
- Procedural Galaxy Generation — unique star systems, planets and names every single run
- Modular Grid Building — adjacency bonuses reward smart station design
- Multi Colony Management — build a real interstellar civilization from the ground up
- Live Power & Resource Simulation — the stakes are real and mistakes cost you
- Warp & Teleport Network — connect your growing empire across the stars
- Integrated Music Player — MP3, OGG, WAV and FLAC support with smooth fading
- Full Save & Load System — human readable JSON, fully persistent
- Neon UI — clean, modern and built for long sessions
Who Is Array For?
Array is built for players who love depth, optimization and emergent challenge. If you enjoy games like Factorio, Rimworld or classic 4X space sims and want something fresh, personal and deeply replayable, this is worth your time.
- Fans of management and logistics games
- Players who love building and optimizing systems
- Anyone who wants a space sim with genuine replayability
- People who enjoy watching a small idea grow into something massive
Free During Development
Array is completely free while it's being built. Charging for an unfinished game isn't something I'm willing to do. Pricing will come closer to full release, but right now everything is open to explore at no cost.
